How the levels work ↗
About this collection’s level

283 new written characters. Parts are EAJ study collections, not official Kanken sublevels. The series introduces each written form once; example words may reuse earlier characters. Curriculum sources ↗

How practice and scores work

Browse freely without scoring, or match one answer from six choices. Twelve correct answers in a row master a card in this session; a miss resets that card’s streak. Each direction has its own score. Resetting or refreshing clears progress. Stroke tracing is unscored.

Readings need context.

These are dictionary readings, not a claim that every reading fits every meaning. A dot in a kun reading marks the boundary before okurigana. Some forms are rare, historical or chiefly used in names. Opening examples show a whole-word reading. Your study answers stay in this tab. Scores are session practice, not a proficiency assessment.
